Our Skin

Wow. I can’t believe all the beautiful people in this group. You’re all so inspiring and magnificent. I’ve decided it’s time for me to submit my skin.

These are my thighs. Not only are they dark, but I have acne going on down there too. I used to hate it. I’d cry about it to my mom who told me it’s just because I’m a “fat ass.” I spent so much money on chemical peels trying to get rid of it and make up to cover it up, but it always came back with a vengeance. Of the five serious boyfriends I’ve had, only one saw my thighs.

I’d be lying to you all if I told you I loved my thighs, but I’ve accepted that they’re mine and there’s not much I can do about them except throw some baby powder on for the chaffing and rock my favorite bathing suit. =)
